Neil has been an integral part of my journey for close to 6 years. Whether physical, spiritual, emotional, he helps me stay present, and provides the perfect scenario for success. There are many aspects I attribute to Neil, as not just my coach, but my mentor. My “guiding light,” whom always brings me back to a more realistic approach. Neil’s professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work, ultimately set me up for success!

I began personal training with Neil following a back injury back in 2013, that put me out of commission for about a year. Following this injury Neil & I reintroduced athletics and training back into my life. In fact, Neil contacted my Physical Therapist from HSS, and together they formed a plan. I don’t think I would be where I am today on my journey w/o Neil’s reminders & his belief in me, and my potential for greatness.

He makes each and every workout challenging, creative and fun. But not only does he create an amazing physical environment, his spirit is undeniable. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results, and helps me continuously set foundations for a healthy lifestyle

Neil really gets it- he is a wonderful trainer, but can also connect to the mental aspect body work. He is a very positive person, but can also relate when it's not possible to give 100%- I always feel better when I leave a session with him. I've never worked 1:1 with a trainer before, and working with Neil has been a revelation. I knew I'd hit a dead end with some of my fitness goals and was starting to just feel stiff all the time, and Neil has been an amazing, supportive motivator while finding all my weak spots and helping me build them up.
